We are streamlining clinical shadowing to address healthcare disparities. 50% of all students in this pilot are from low-income, underrepresented backgrounds. Your participation directly builds a more diverse medical pipeline.

Our Job (The Heavy Lifting)

  • ✓ HIPAA Certified: Every student is pre-certified.
  • ✓ Fully Vetted: Screening, NDAs, & Immunizations handled.
  • ✓ Zero Admin: We manage all scheduling & paperwork.

Your Part (The Impact)

  • • 4-Hour Block: One clinical shadowing session.
  • • Observation: Simply go about your daily work.
  • • Brief Debrief: 15 mins of career Q&A at the end.

Physician Honorarium: $75

To respect your time and educational contribution, a $75 honorarium is provided for each 4-hour session.
